The kids had a day off from school last week when we had an ice storm. I know, there is little evidence of any ice or storm, but we live in Texas so this was a big deal.
I heard President Obama was none too pleased with the schools in Washington when they closed down for a snow day. What would he think of us here in Texas :-) Oh well, I guess we'll take what we can get!
God called us to add to our family through the miracle of adoption. In March 2008 we traveled to Ethiopia to bring home our four year old daughter. Our lives are hectic and crazy, but also filled with joy. We are so blessed!
